Is My Key Under Current Support?
When you buy a copy of Zemax it comes with 12 months of technical support and upgrades to the software. After that time, you can choose to continue receiving support, or not. To see whether your key is eligible for support, just run Zemax and click on Help...About to see the key serial number and the support expiry date:

If you have renewed your support after the current version was released, you can update the support expiry date by clicking on Help...Check For Updates. You should then see:

When you press OK, Zemax will offer to download the latest license file:

Press 'Yes'. When the download is complete, just exit and restart Zemax to see the up-to-date information.
Alternatively just email your key's serial number to Zemax support and we'll let you know your key's support status.
