Zemax 13 System Requirements

Zemax 13 runs under the current versions of Windows, which include:

Windows 8
Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 or R2
Windows Vista, Service Pack 2, with Internet Explorer 8 or later
Windows XP, Service Pack 3, with Internet Explorer 8 or later
Windows Server 2003 R2 Service Pack 2 with Internet Explorer 8 or later

Zemax 13 runs with 64-bit versions of these operating systems and with 32-bit versions. The 64-bit version of Zemax 13 will use up to 64 CPUs. The 32-bit version of Zemax 13 will use up to 16 CPUs.

Zemax 13 requires the .NET framework. The Pre-Requisites package for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems will download and install any necessary components for you.
